The Vietnam Kyudo Association (VKA) was established to introduce and promote modern Kyudo, following the standards of the All Nippon Kyudo Federation (ANKF), to practitioners in Vietnam. Our members come from different regions of Vietnam and share a sincere appreciation for the discipline, etiquette, and quiet depth of Kyudo.
VKA places safety as our highest priority. All activities are conducted with careful attention to correct posture, equipment handling, and a respectful training environment. Through regular practice sessions, technical study groups, and cultural exchanges with instructors and dojos in Japan, we aim to provide accurate and reliable guidance for beginners and practitioners.
As a small but steadily growing community, our focus is simple and grounded: to help Vietnamese practitioners experience Kyudo correctly, safely, and in a way that reflects the true spirit of Japanese culture. By joining IKYF, we hope to continue learning, stay aligned with international standards, and share Kyudo with the Vietnamese community in an authentic and culturally respectful manner.
